Privacy Policy for Alpha Backup

Alpha Backup does not collect or transfer any kind of data to us or to any other third party unless stated below.

The App requests and uses (if granted) the following device permissions to work properly:

• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
  As the main purpose of this application is to backup and restore information stored inside of your android device, so it certainly needs to access (read), create (write) & modify (write) the contents (files and folders or directories) inside the storage locations of the device. The storage locations can be the shared internal storage (commonly known as device storage) or any removable storage devices (such as Memory Cards or USB drives).


• READ_CONTACTS & WRITE_CONTACTS
  Alpha Backup accesses your contacts to create backups of contacts, and to restore the contact backups. Also, it needs access to your contacts to match the messages (SMS and MMS) to contacts and display message information under contact names. It also accesses contacts to apply contact filters for contacts that you might select. Alpha Backup does not automatically collect or transfer any contact information to us or to any other third party. But, if you choose to rename backup files (before cloud upload or share) in a style that will contain contact information, it is your concern.


• READ_SMS & WRITE_SMS
  Alpha Backup accesses your messages (SMS and MMS) to create backups of messages , and to restore the message backups. Alpha Backup does not automatically collect or transfer any messages to us or to any other third party. But, if you choose to rename backup files (before cloud upload or share) in a style that will contain message information, it is your concern.


• READ_CALL_LOG & WRITE_CALL_LOG
  Alpha Backup accesses your call logs to create and restore the call log backups. Alpha Backup does not automatically collect or transfer any call log or call details to us or to any other third party. But, if you choose to rename backup files (before cloud upload or share) in a style that will contain information about any call or call log, it is your concern.


• OTHER PERMISSIONS
  Go to https://developer.android.com/reference/android/Manifest.permission to know about all the permissions. You will find the list of permissions used in the app in system settings of your device.

Please read the following policy statements carefully:

• Legal
  You are not to use Alpha Backup in any way that might be illegal or unlawful under local and international laws. You must remove Alpha Backup from your device if you have any doubts. You are responsible for all the actions you perform with this application and Alpha Backup (i.e. Buggysofts) will not be responsible for anything you do.


• Limited Liability
  You accept that we (Buggysofts team) do not have any sort of liability what so ever for anything that may arise from the use of our properties including our apps and/or our communications apart from the Pro license fee you may have paid.


• Support
  We will do anything we can to fix issues you might have with Alpha Backup. However, due to the huge variation and customizations of Android Systems and Device Hardware, it is possible that all the features may not work properly. But, if you do face any problems or bugs, please inform us at support@buggysofts.com and we will try to fix the problems as soon as we can. But, if your device does not support any of the feature, we have nothing to do.


• Private Property
  This application is the property of the owner of Buggysofts. Under any circumstances, you are not allowed to modify , decompile or perform reverse engineering procedures on this application. You are not allowed to distribute the app in original or modified (modified by the procedures stated earlier and any others) form. These actions will be taken as copyright violation and we can and will take lawful actions against anybody who will attempt or commit these actions.


• Refunds
  Google Play refund policy is 48 hours. However, we might be able to extend it to 7 days depending on your country and circumstances.
